CALLING ALL ‘CRAFT-TERMERS’

THIS HALF TERM – I will be hosting 2 “Play with Clay” workshops.

Monday May 29th 10:30 to 12:30 make a ROOM PLAQUE from beginning to end, using high firing white earthenware clay.  We will be using slab and coil rolling techniques.  Once your clay Room Plaque is made you can paint the raw (greenware) clay using the special glazes, I have for projects like this.   Your finished fired Room Plaque will be ready to collect 2 weeks later.

Tuesday May 30th 1:30 to 3:30 make A WOODLAND ANIMAL POT, from conception to completion, using high firing white earthenware clay.   We will be using both the pinch pot & coil rolling techniques to make these enchanting pots.  Once your clay Woodland Animal pot is made you can paint the raw (greenware) clay using the special glazes, I have for projects like this. Your finished fired Woodland Animal Pot will be ready to collect 2 weeks later.

You are welcome to bring in your own drinks and snacks, or pop into Boswells Cafe next door and bring one of their delicious cakes and drinks in with you.  The cost for each of these projects is £20 per person.   A £10 deposit is required when booking your space. Please book by, calling or texting me on 07710183891 or emailing info@potdoodles.co.uk with your name, your childs name and a contact number and stating which project you would like to book into.  Spaces are limited to 10 per project.  A parent or responsible adult must accompany children under 12 years please.
