We also host pottery painting parties at our studio, situated in The Quedam Shopping Center, Yeovil, Somerset. BA20 1EY. Or you may book a Pot Doodles Mobile Party at your own venue (depending on distance from Yeovil)
Parties include: birthdays, anniversary, hen, corporate team building, groups and schools (for schools bespoke pricing applies) ….
Children’s Party Packages for 8 or more painters
There are 3 PARTY PACKAGES to choose from. These Packages apply to parties of 8 or more painters. Maximum number 16 including adults. For parties less than 8 painters – just book a normal pottery painting session via the booking/contact us page .
There is a studio cost of £20 and you get exclusive use of the studio for 75 or 90 minutes, depending on the age of the children, as well as :-
We set the table up with the birthday (Unicorn or Dragon) chair and your chosen pottery shapes. The price of the shapes includes – all glazes and kiln firing and staff time.
We explain how to use the stamps, sponges and stencils.
You are welcome to bring a cake and drinks as long as the drinks are in bottles, cartons or cans (no open cups of drink – please). We clean and clear away the studio and take the waste.
There is also a Pot Doodles Gift included with your party. This is intended as a keepsake of the birthday party. We usually put each guests fingerprints onto a plate or mug (dependent on stock availability). The center of the plate has the birthday girl or boys hand print on it. We then artwork the fingerprints and handprints into various creatures, animals, birds, themes….

DEPOSIT – A non-refundable £75 deposit is required when booking the party.
COLLECTION – All pottery is kiln fired and usually ready to collect within 1 to 2 weeks from Pot Doodles, The Quedam Shopping Centre, Yeovil, Somerset. BA20 1EY.
PARTY NUMBERS – To get the party package deals above, we require a minimum of 8 painters, (Maximum of 16 people including parents) for a party at the Pot Doodles Studio in Yeovil.
If you are wish us to host a party at your own venue, we require a minimum of 15 painters. Travel to and from the studio in Yeovil to the Party Venue is charged at 0.53 pence a mile. (AA route planner is used to calculate the mileage), staff time is charged, at £25 per hour including travel time.
BOOKINGS – To book a Pottery Painting party please email Pot Doodles. Please state, preferred date, time slot, either morning or afternoon as indicated below, number of children, age of children, which package is preferred.

PARTIES FOR LESS THAN 8 PAINTERS – If you wish to have a party for less that 8 painters you are more than welcome. Just book it as a normal painting session via the booking/contact us page. We will set up the table for the party group with the special birthday chair and you can select the shapes you wish to paint from the stock available on the shelves.
