Some questions answered…

Q What about collection of the pieces?

A A member of staff will need to collect all the finished fired pieces from the studio. They will generally be ready to collect 4 to 5 days later. Once the painting session is over a detailed receipt will be issued. On this will be the earliest collection date. We do not release any individual pieces to parents or children.

Q What about insurance?

A We have Employees liability and Public liability Insurance. In addition if we visit your school all our staff have been cleared by the CRB.

Q How do we pay?

A If your school comes to the studio you can pay with cash, cheque, debit and credit cards. If we come to you we can only accept cash or cheques.

Q How long do the classes last?

A The session will last 1.5 hours. If we come to your school we will need a 2 hour class which includes half an hour to set up and clear away.
