Terms and Conditionss
Travel
Travel to the venue within a 20 mile radius of centre of Yeovil is included in the party package. Thereafter for every additional 10 miles there is a £5 mobile charge e.g. Between 20 to30 mile radius from Yeovil £5 will be added to the total cost of the party 30 to 40 miles radius from Yeovil £10 will be added to the cost of the party.
The Pottery
We take great care to ensure your item will glaze and fire as perfectly as possible; however, slight flaws may appear in the final product due to the organic nature of the hand-crafted pottery. Refunds will only be issued on items that are faulty (e.g. hairline cracks in the ceramic plate).
The Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £40 (forty pounds) is required when booking a party or group. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the party at the end of the party.
The Glazes & Paints
All our pottery paints are non-toxic, non-staining and lead free. The Fabric paints & Acrylic paints used for the Fabric items & plaster items do stain clothing. We will not be liable for any damage to clothing, upholstery, carpets, curtains caused by the use of Acrylic or Fabric Paints.
There will be at least one member of staff at all times to supervise your party.
